Sharon Thompson, O.D.

Dr. Sharon L. Thompson is a native of Illinois and attended Eastern Illinois University in Charleston, IL. She received her bachelor of Visual Science and Doctorate of Optometry from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon. While in Oregon, Dr. Thompson became an invited member of Beta Sigma Kappa an Optometry Honors Fraternity and was on the Outstanding Young Women of America list. Currently, Dr. Thompson practices at The Gaddie Eye Centers in La Grange and Louisville. She has been an optometrist at Gaddie Eye Centers for 18 years and a member of the Kentucky Optometric Association. Dr. Thompson lives in Oldham County and in her free time enjoys being with her family, gardening, and training laborador retrievers.
